About Us

Lucy is the founder and CEO of Dart Frog Consulting.

She is an experienced Agilist who holds both the Certified Scrum Trainer® (CST) and Certified Team Coach® (CTC) certifications with Scrum Alliance.

With about 30 years of professional experience in product development, she has been involved in the software, non-profit, financial, insurance, shipping, logistics, healthcare, and manufacturing industries.

With over a decade of experience in Agile, Lucy had helped many organizations evolve in their Agile adoption as an individual contributor, transformation team member, and a leader.

She holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Analysis, both from the University of Miami (FL).

Lucy’s goal is to help everyone become more Agile in both their professional and personal lives.
